A Starbucks near the beach. In the middle of cruise ship breakville. Crew and passengers are like ants everywhere when the ships are docked. Mixed service, there are a couple of extra sweet baristas; one guy, I swear he hates making my drink but he smiled at me once so I keep going back hoping to catch it again. Its really a nice smile. Lol. All in all, consistent on drink accuracy, waaaaaay better than the wallet-siphoning central beach hotel sb location.

Friendly staff and quick service, line moves pretty quickly. Close to the Everglades port for those going on a cruise in need of a caffeine fix. However, not the cleanest Starbucks. A few tables both inside and outside were still uncleaned after previous guests had left. Public parking lot outside, can be difficult to find a spot.

Extremely crowded and a very long wait time.

This is a good location. It's right before you get on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. What I liked about this location is that even though I order complicated drinks, they took the time to train and show their new barista how to make my order. I'll def come back again!

Not bad, but always packed and lined up. I enjoy the outdoor seating. But five stars, really? Are there really no other coffee shops in Fll? I have been here at least three times. Parking is always a challenge. Nothing too memorable at this one; sorry to say, not the people; nor the coffee and nope, not the patrons, either. It is efficient, and when Einstein's is lined up, it's a good place to get a breakie sandwich (which is more often than not). Almost sad that this is considered a five star place. (No offense to the staff, but still).

It's Starbucks. What can you say? They all have their individual personalities. I just happen to think that this one delivers exceptional customer service

This location is by far, the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I travel up and down the East coast and am in and out of many Starbucks and this single store is a major disaster. I believe that the girl that wears all the heavy eye make up and painted eyebrows (Rachel?) is where the problem begins as she will present your drink with some very nice attitude. However, even the simple minded boy who tries to work the cash register needs to go as he is unable to properly greet customers and most importantly, thank the customer for spending money. I've never seen so many under trained, uneducated grown men being lead around by the nose by this single over painted female barista!! Parking is a joke and just getting in the front door is an adventure that will surely land Starbucks smack in the middle of a lawsuit when a customer gets hurt! Table and chairs are set up IN FRONT of the entrance door so you actually walk over sitting customers just to open the front door. The cleanliness of the store needs some real help, too. It is nasty in the area where your drink is being made and even nastier where, as a customer, one must go to add sugar or milk. I do enjoy my Starbucks coffee but hate to say that this is one location that should be passed by. Until someone from corporate office actually visits this store there is no hope of a clean out/clean up. Every single employee needs to go, starting with the attitude laden, heavily face painted barista! This alone might set a different, more professional atmosphere, which will only improve the rest of the staff. What a shame. What a mess.

It is rather awesome to have a Starbucks on a ship. The quality is on par with regular brick and mortar stores, and the prices are in line with them as well. I found this to be a great addition to the usual free coffee on the ship, and treated myself several times while on board. They are also able to use gift cards, which worked great off of my phone, allowing me to not have to carry another card around. The only downside here is the auto tip added. I don't mind tipping, but I like the choice.

The staff was very slow! They seemed distracted by a couple that seemed to maybe work there? When I walked in there were only 2 other people in front of me, including this couple - who both ordered complicated drinks. After me a long line formed. I waited about 10 minutes to receive my iced chai. Once my drink was up it took the barista a few seconds to prepare it...with better multi tasking skills I really shouldn't have waited at all. There were also two cashiers..idk why one of them wasn't making drinks....would have made the wait a lot shorter. They need better organization and prioritation there.

I've visited dozens of Starbucks around the country, and this is a well-run, consistently good one. They keep the line moving, despite the crowds, and they know what a doppio is.

A great neighborhood spot to go to... A few customer service issues with one or two associates but everyone else makes up for it.

The staff was very quick, friendly and accommodating. I came later in the evening one day. I was helped by Rory and a girl with short black hair and a lot of jewelry (Rachel?). They were both very friendly with each other and to me! I look forward to coming back.. Although, I had come during the morning two days prior and the service seemed kind of rushed and insincere. A minor setback to work on. Otherwise, I think this is the best starbucks in the area.

First of all, the review from C.H. is not only offensive but it also depicts the troubled soul of a nasty and very unhappy individual. So, to the employees of Starbucks that she so rudely talked about, consider the source. You all do a great job and dealing with numerous customers in a retail establishment is not easy. The beautiful young lady to whom C.H. was referring (with the very rude makeup comments), seems to manage a smile at customers, despite the fact that some customers can just be flat out rude. Smiling at a nasty customer, time after time, takes much effort. Every time I've been to this Starbucks, I am pleased with the service and with the coffee selection.

I am a Starbucks every day shopper and this location specially has very good customer service. Staff is very friendly at any time of the day. Very clean place to eat and drink. Most employees have a very good attitude.

3 stars because I like Starbucks coffee. Rachel the barista is not very friendly and likes to ignore customers. Attitude problem. If she doesn't like her job she should go do something that makes her happy :)

Starbucks!! Yes, there is a Starbucks right in the Royal Promenade on Allure of the Seas. This is the first Starbucks at Sea or ever on a cruise ship. youtube.com/watch?v=QdpK… Now why should you be paying for a Starbucks coffee or Espresso Drinks when you can either get a free coffee or pay for an espresso drink in other dining venues on broad? The beans? The way the drink was made? The way the milk was frothed? The choice of customize your drink? The other espresso drinks are all made by MF Presto Automatic Coffee Machines with a press of a button. The sad thing is you have to pay with your Seapass card instead of your Starbucks card so no rewards.

This place is frustrating. The line for the drive-through is always all the way out to the street. I prefer to go inside, but parking here's difficult to so sometimes I have parked half a block away and walked over. But once you're inside you realize that most of the staff is focused on the drive-through so it's going to take you longer to go in for coffee then it would have to wait in the god awful long line. Seems like there should be a better way.
